These terms govern use of the Confluxus public website, operated by CONFLUXUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17400384, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA (“Confluxus”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to them.

This site is open to everyone — there is nothing to sign in to. Our client workspace at app.confluxus.co.uk is separate and invitation-only: there is no self-service sign-up, and accounts are created by us for our team and for named client contacts. Use of the workspace is governed by its own terms, not these.

• Use the site for genuine enquiries about our services.
• Don’t submit unlawful content, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t send bulk, automated or spam submissions through our forms.
• Don’t attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the site.

When you submit an enquiry you keep ownership of what you write. You give us the limited rights needed to store it and to act on it so we can respond. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential material through a web form before we have agreed how to handle it.

The text, design, branding and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. Case studies and portfolio items are shown with the relevant client’s work and remain their property. You may read and share links to our pages; please don’t copy substantial parts of the site or pass our work off as your own.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Descriptions of services, timescales and indicative prices are for information and are not an offer — the terms of any work we do for you are set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

The site links to third-party sites, including our clients’ live projects. We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s general information, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there.
